Sat i got up at 545 to go to 1st cut for bonfire.  it was awesome.  i've never been around so much vulgarity and tobacco in my life.  we had over 300 people out there cutting down trees, wrestling, and cussing (even the girls).  i twisted my ankle right before lunch so i left early so i could take my roommate to work.  then we had the clemson football game at 6.  they were ranked 25th in the nation and we spanked them 27-6.  we actually have a decent shot at a bowl game this year if we keep playing this good.  our offense has improved dramatically but our defense still sucks.  we'll see if we keep getting all these turnovers and not turning the ball over ourselves.  well tests start this week so i think i'm gonna go to bed.  ttyl.  bye

let me tell the story of how i got punk'd. sat night me and some of the guys went out and bought $65 worth of alcohol and took it back to my room for a little fiesta.  well we only drank about $15 worth so i had $50 of alcohol stashed in my room.  well after i got off work i looked at my cell phone and i had missed 2 calls that were about 10 min apart but with no messages.  the first one was from an international fish that has been getting on my nerves for the past couple of weeks b/c he knows i can get him alcohol.  he's just been calling me and trying to hang out with me every sec of the day and its getting really annoying.  so naturally i dont call him back and i call the 2nd person that called me.  well this guy tells me that the 1st guy who called me got an MIP b/c he went into my room to take some of the alcohol that wasnt even his and the cops caught him coming out of my room.  so naturally i'm scared and pissed all at the same time.  well as it turns out, the 1st guy was calling me to tell me of the prank that he was going to play on the 2nd guy.  needless to say i really dont like that guy now b/c i almost came back to my room and poured out all the alcohol.  he's lucky that i found out from another friend b/c then i really would have been pissed.  well he's now cut off from any alcohol from me b/c you dont fuck with people about that shit.  its just not right.  ttyl.  bye

Lets see......whats been going on?  i just recently started donating plasma for money, i joined the frisbee team,  and oh yeah saw my roommate having sex with his girlfriend.  yeah that was funny.  i ended up spending the night at a friend's.  i threw a party at my house in houston last weekend.  we decided to have a poker game while we were all smashed.  it was pretty fun until one guy puked all over my couch.   oh well.  my parents never found out so i guess its ok now.  today was our first home football game.  we destroyed wyoming 31-0.  i had great seats on the 40 yard line 10 rows up.  i got jp's not once but twice.  that was cool.  after the game i was supposed to go with a friend over to his apartment and drink while watching the arkansas v. texas game but that fell through.  then i was supposed to go to my dorm party but i didnt really feel like doing that.  finally i ended up at a tri delta party.  that was cool.  hung around there for awhile then went to a party out on HWY 6 that was next the kappa sig house, which i have been in buying some liquour.  didnt stay long there.  came back to the dorm and played a little poker tourney which i won.  i can feel my luck changing on poker now.  i watched some of The Girl Next Door and some Troy before coming home.  its now 545am so i think i'll go to sleep b/c i have to go to the soccer game tom at 130 versus Army.  ttyl.  bye

This week has been hectic but fun.  I got 2 parking tickets, went swimming with my cell phone,  passed out in the middle of the street while playing midnight campus disc golf,  threw up all over my room, and now my a/c unit doesnt work.  I havent gone to bed earlier than 4am yet this week.  Tonight i will because i have classes tom starting at 8am.  i've already been to 2 soccer games and met many new people.  My roommates cool and in the process of getting a loft so our room isnt so crowded.  today i actually went to church.  its only the 3rd time in my college career that i have been so maybe i'll be able to make it a routine.  we'll see.  bedtime.  ttyl.  bye

Well i'm finally back in college station.  WHOOP!  i'm bored right now so i decided to write.  i moved in yesterday and met my roommate in my new dorm on a new side of campus.  he's cool.  i can already tell we'll have plenty of fun.  right now my room is small and crowded b/c we have a couch in it.  but once we build ourselves some lofts we'll have plenty of room for everything.  i got my books today.  it keeps getting more expensive each semester.  this time it was $530.  i have to share a small closet with my roommate which it will be interesting b/c its already full to the max.  my dresser is full also and still have more clothes with no place to put them.  i also have no place to put my dirty laundry so for now its right in the middle of the room.  in other news, i am now related, by marriage, to me ex-gf b/c her twin sister married my cousin.  we'll see how long that lasts.  so i have nothing to do and its driving me crazy.  i could go to frisbee but i have blisters on my heels and i want them to heal before i run again so i wont be going this week.  hopefully next week though.  i guess i could go eat b/c its 315 and i have yet to eat anything.  well i guess thats it for now.  ttyl.  bye

Today my family and i went to Reliant Stadium to watch Everton play Club America.  An english premiere league team versus a mexican league team.  i wore one of my darkness t-shirts hoping maybe someone would say something to me about them b/c they are british and i figured there would be some british people there to watch the game.  sure enough as walking throught the ticket gate, i hear from behind me, "at least this lad knows good music, the darkness."  i turned around and said hell yeah, the darkness rule and gave a thumbs up.  it was awesome.  that was only the second time someone i didnt know had said something to me about the darkness b/c of my shirt.  i was so excited.  it made my day.  well the game was pretty good.  club america won 3-1 although everton had 4 relatively easy goal scoring opportunities that they didnt finish.  of course the stadium was probably filled with 90% mexicans that probably came over the border just for the game so it wasnt all fun.  we had to listen to tons of them speaking spanish throughout the game.  oh yeah, our teachers didnt show up for sunday school today and since we happen to have class in the library we put in a video tape that we found that was a Beverly Hills Billy Bible Study so we got to watch clips from the original movie intead of having class.  it was fun.  well that was my day.  ttyl.  bye

I took off last wed to drive to Jacksonville, Fl where we boarded the Jubilee for our 4 day cruise through the bahamas starting on thur.  it was the most fun i have had on vacation in a long time.  we stopped on the island of Freeport where we snorkeled along the correl reef and saw many kinds of tropical fish and a shark.  it was quite breathe taking and actually seem like something out of a movie.  then we stopped on the island of Nassau where we took a boat ride to the Pearl Island where we went hunting for pearls and conch shells.  we didnt find any pearls but we did find 2 massive conch shells which we were able to keep.  of course the highlight of my trip was the drinking age being 18.  i even brought 2 bottles of vodka back with me so i'll set for a while back at college station.  on board the Jubilee we were entertained by various activities like broadway type shows, survivor, newly wed games, dr. ruth sex game, comedians, magicians,  plenty of clubs, musics, girls, and of course the 18 and over casino.  also they had many bingo games throughout the cruise.  my mom and i went in together and bought 3 cards and actually won $250 and $50 worth of scratch offs.  i used some  the money to gamble.  i gambled away $140 but only $40 of it was mine so i had a good time in the casinos.  the girls there were absolutely gorgeous.  needless to say, if i were ever stranded in certain various parts of the u.s. and even canada, i would have a place to stay :)    so over all i would say it was a blast and i would do it again.  ttyl.  bye

Well the allstar game itself was alright.  clemens didnt do too well but it wasnt all his fault.  if sosa wasnt so slow and kent didnt have that error, then clemens wouldnt have had any runs against him.  but of course after the 1st inning the game was practically over.  it was the action in the stands was the most fun.  there was a fight b/w a drunk bostonian and an astros fan.  the drunk was being loud and abnoxious and wouldnt shut up so this other guy told him to shut up.  and the next thing you know they were exchanging punches.  after they were separated, the drunk ran away like a coward.  the cops came and got the astros fan's side of the story and when he came back, everybody in our section gave him a standing O.  it was great fun.  i'll never forget it.  probably a once in a life time opportunity and i was fortunate enough to see it while still in college.  i guess thats it.  ttyl.  bye

yesterday i went to the homerun derby and i tell ya, it was the best $100 i ever spent.  it was electrifying.  lance berkman was superman.  he batted right handed(he hits better left) and still crushed the ball farther than any other player.  unfortunately in the end thats what cost him b/c he got tired and couldnt hit them out anymore by the final round.  well the allstar game was fun too.  i went with a friend and we sat 4 rows from top behind home plate.  we had fun listening to other people make fools of themselves and watching 2 guys go at it.  one of them was drunk and wouldnt shut up so a guy next to him told him to shut up and they started fighting so the cops came and arrested the drunk guy.  we gave the other guy a standing O.  then we sang the texas anthem during the 7th inning stretch and it was the loudest i have ever heard it sung at minute maid.  it was great.  then in the middle of the 9th they played Gowin' On Me from The Darkness.  my friend and i went wild singing along to it.  we were the only ones that knew the words to it so i'm sure we looked pretty weird sitting there singing about genital werts but oh well.  who cares anyways.  it was the allstar game.  roger clemens didnt have the best game but his defense behind him wasnt great either.  the american league won 9-4 and now has home field advantage in the world series.  all in all, i had a fantastic experience this weekend and look forward to continuing the fun on my cruise which starts tom.  we're leaving tom morning at 6(in about 5 hours) and wont be back for another week so i better get some sleep.  ttyl.  bye

Today i woke up and went to church.  There i was invited to go to the allstar festivities today for free.  so i went and sat on the first deck for the first time.  they were very good seats.  we watched the future allstars game which was very boring and if they really were the future allstars of mlb then we are in very big trouble b/c they werent very good.  a lot of errors.  then we watched the legends & celebrity softball game which was great.  i saw ozzie smith, rollie fingers, goose gossage, harold reynolds, dave winfield, cecil fielder, larry dierker, mike scott,  jimmy kimmel,  miss usa 2004 :), clyde drexler, kenny mayne, nick lachey, and many others.  rollie fingers, who is like 60, made a diving catch in the outfield and then came up to bat and hit a home run.  larry dierker pitched a perfect game for 1.1 innings before he was taken out and then hit a home run himself.  he was the mvp of the game.  go astros!  jimmy kimmel also hit a homer and nich lachey charged the mound b/c goose gossage was throwing at him.  well i have to say that going to church pays off.  tom i have the home run derby to go to so ttyl.  bye
